You have the right to return all or part of the order, within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
In case you exercise the right of withdrawal you are obliged to return the product(s) in their original condition and only if the special markings of the product (protectors, price & other tags) have not been removed. The return will be accepted only upon the approval of the company.

Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us in case the product is defective (same code, option to change the size or color), or if you have been sent the wrong product code, or even if the size does not fit you. For the best possible experience, we suggest that you inform us either by phone or by e-mail, within 2 working days from the date of delivery, about your wish to replace the product. In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you alternative options.
