The deliveries of the orders take place in the Greek and Cypriot territory, within two – three (2-4) working days via ACS and Geniki Taxydromiki courier companies, after a free confirmation of your order is done. . So as to complete the delivery service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to the above company (i.e. name, address, telephone), in order for the company to handle and complete the delivery.
The products are delivered from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Once the order arrives at the shipping address, you will be requested to sign before the package is handed over to you.
If the order arrives at the shipping destination and there is no one to pick it up, then the courier company in charge will make two more delivery attempts during the next working days, leaving you a notice to contact the competent representative. Please note that you have 3 working days to contact them and arrange the re-shipment of the order to you. After the end of this specific period, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouses. When the product is returned to us, we will contact you about the alternatives we offer you. In case the order return is a mistake of the courier company, they will resend the courier to the address you have assigned to us for the delivery of the order, at their own expense.
